We use United Pacel Service (UPS) for all continental US shipments. We also ship internationally to more than 38 countries using United States Postal Service (USPS) and have not had any problems to date. How do I purchase an item ?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product. Then on the product detail page which shows the detailed description, pictures, and price, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the "Checkout" link at the top of any page.
How do I checkout and complete an order ?
If you have never made a purchase at uSAVEm, please choose the option on the left of the screen for NEW CUSTOMERS. If you already have an account with us, just enter your email and password. If you forgot your password, click on the link to send your password to your email address.
How do I enter order information ?
After you choose CHECKOUT option, it's time to fill out your customer information. It is important to enter the name that appears on your credit card and the address where your credit card statement is mailed. If the shipping address will be the same as your billing info, check the box which says, "Shipping info same as Billing" If you would like to ship to another address, fill in the shipping address information. In order to receive your order promptly, please be sure to use accurate addresses and zip codes.
How can I communicate any special order instructions ?
Please include any special instructions or comments you wish to send to us in the area provided during checkout. These may include anything out of the ordinary.
How can I pay for my order ?
Choose which payment method you will use to make your purchase. The little down arrow on the right-hand side of the payment type box allows for a variety of payment options. Cash, Checks, Money Orders, PayPal, VISA, Master Card, Discover Credit and Debit Cards are all accepted. . If using Cash, Check, or Money Order payment type, our mailing address and instructions will be sent to you for processing your payment. If paying by credit card, be sure to enter your correct credit card number and expiration date. You will also be asked for the 3 digit code located in the signature area on the signature side of the card. If you are reordering with credit card, the last 4 digits of the credit card are displayed and you will ONLY be asked for the AVS code which MUST be entered for each order. This little code insures that the person ordering in fact has the card in their possession. Please note that your credit card and personal information will not be given out to anyone and will only be used to complete your purchase. Our privacy policy can be found at http://www.usavem.com/privacy.cgis Credit card numbers and other information are encrypted on our secure bank servers so they cannot be intercepted by any one.
How do I check on my Order Status ?
An order confirmation appears on the screen when the order is place and a copy of the order details is sent to your email address specified. In addition, at any time, you can check on the status of any order by logging on to the system using the ORDER STATUS button and entering your username and password. If you click on a particular order number, after the details a link is provided directly to UPS to track shipment details for any order.
