uSAVEm is serious about providing excellent customer service and fast delivery. We pride ourselves in our ability to pick your order quickly and ship it safely and efficiently. UPS is used for all "lower-48" Continental US States.

LAYAWAYS
We offer layaways on all orders over $100. It's simple- a 25% non-refundable deposit reserves your item. Then 25% is due each 30 days. This provides a method for 4 easy payments equally divided across 90 days. Any payments made are non-refundable and will be forefetied 100% if all payments not made. If you need something special, please contact us. Layaways items are physically removed from inventory at the time or purchase and placed in a special area. If the item is paid off early, it is shipped immediately.

SPECIAL ORDER HANDLING
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APOs, and International orders will only be serviced by USPS and cost more. In most cases, on a multi-doll order (using large boxes) a custom quote will have to be generated to compute the proper shipping and handling charges. In those cases, after the order is entered, we will compute the correct shipping charges and email you with the corrected amount. FREE SHIPPING offers are ONLY for US "lower-48" Continental US States serviced by UPS.

All items have a fixed S+H price that includes insurance, automated tracking, and delivery notification. When multiple items are purchased from us, automatic discounts are taken to reduce total S+H. In some cases, larger dolls must be shipped in OVERSIZED boxes.

All shipments carry UPS insurance and are fully insured up to the full purchase price. In case your item is received damaged, please contact us and we will immediately file a UPS claim for you. UPS is excellent when processing claims settlements. USPS claims can be filed at any Post Office.
