The multi-print dress is banded in lemon yellow at the collar, sleeve edge and hem. At the middle of the collar is a large button, which may be in green, navy, red or yellow, with two colors of ribbon threaded through the eyelets. Blue eyed Tootsie or brown eyed Tootsie, depending on her skin color, has a different look with a dark brown side parted bobbed hair style set off with a big matching yellow, red trimmed bow. Her red patent boots with black trim are her pride and joy and she sets on a red stool handcrafted by her Grandfather. She loves Sachet her pet odorless skunk.
